Baby Shower Bingo Ideas, Dealt Onto Printable Cards: how it works

Most baby shower bingo ideas come down to one question: what will guests mark? Here it is 112 squares: 84 likely gifts, from a swaddle blanket to a diaper cake, and 28 moments most showers have. Press New set of 4 cards and no two cards match. Print them as a baby bingo printable game, or share the link to play on phones.

How to play: three baby shower bingo games

Gift bingo: hand out cards and pens before the unwrapping, guests mark each gift as it appears, and the first full line calls bingo. At a display shower, where nobody opens presents, press Call the game and draw the baby shower bingo words instead. For an all-afternoon game, copy the Moments at the party group below, press Empty the list, paste it into Word list, one per line and deal again.

Match the grid to the gift pile

A square nobody bought is a dead square. In our simulated games, 20 guests with 5 × 5 cards from the 84 gift squares needed about 25 different listed gifts before the first line. Cut the baby shower bingo word list to the 40 squares nearest the registry and that fell to about 13. For ten guests, switch Grid to 3 × 3: about 12 gifts, even from all 84.

Tips

  • Settle the bundle rule before the first gift: a bath set marks Hooded towel, Washcloths and Baby lotion at once. The line beside each square below says what counts.
  • For a boy baby shower bingo card, swap Text of the free square for It's a boy or the due month. Nothing on the list is pink or blue.
  • Ask a friend to hold up and name each gift, so the back row can mark too.

Questions and answers

Can I print blank baby shower bingo cards?

Not from this page: every card is dealt from the list. Blank cards tend to fill with the same few gifts, so several guests win at once. Here each baby shower bingo card differs, and anyone who wants to guess can cross out one square and write in a gift.

Is there a free gender reveal bingo printable here?

Yes, with one change. Reveal parties rarely open gifts, so paste only the 28-square Moments at the party group into the word list. Add lines of your own, such as team pink shirt, team blue shirt and the countdown, then deal and print.

Why is there no crib bumper on the list?

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says crib bumpers became banned products in the United States on November 12, 2022, under the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. We read its page on September 19, 2026.

How this list was compiled: Written for this site by the editors on 2026-09-18 from the usual categories of a baby registry (clothes, sleep, feeding, diapering, bath, gear, nursery, books, toys, keepsakes) plus two groups of our own: things that happen at the gift table and moments that happen at the party. Nothing was copied from another bingo card or word list. Every square is 30 characters or fewer. No brand or store name appears: the list says "bodysuit" because the everyday word for that garment is a registered trademark (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infant_bodysuit, read 2026-09-19), and it uses generic names for play yards, nursing pillows, diaper pails and carriers for the same reason. Nothing on the list is tied to a boy or a girl. The party-moments group leaves out anything about a guest's body, money or drinking. Crib bumpers were left off on purpose: the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission states that the Safe Sleep for Babies Act makes crib bumpers banned hazardous products and that the ban took effect on November 12, 2022 (https://www.cpsc.gov/Business--Manufacturing/Business-Education/Business-Guidance/Crib-Bumpers, read 2026-09-19). This page gives no advice on baby care or product safety; the lines beside the squares only say what counts for the game. That a shower commonly opens gifts during the party, that hosts sometimes make a game of it, and that bingo is among the usual shower games was checked on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baby_shower on 2026-09-19. The usual ways to win (a row, column or diagonal, four corners, blackout) were checked the same day against https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bingo_(American_version). Game lengths quoted on the page come from the editors' own simulation of 4,000 random games for each case: cards dealt from the gift squares around a free center, one different listed gift opened at a time in random order, first completed row, column or diagonal among all guests wins. Real showers open popular gifts more often than rare ones, and the party-moments squares are not in the simulation, so the figures are planning estimates, not measurements of real parties.
