Vision Board Bingo Template for a Year of Goals: how it works
A vision board bingo template turns a year of goals into one card: 24 squares you can finish, a free center and a first line to aim for. This page supplies 96 prompts in eight life areas, from Read ___ books to Host a dinner. Swap in your own words, press Print the card and mark squares as the year goes by.
Fill in the template in three steps
First, read the prompts below and copy the ones that fit; three from each of the eight areas makes 24. Second, press Empty the list, paste them into Word list, one per line and reword them: your number of books, your city, your project. Third, put a word for the year in Text of the free square, up to 20 characters. With exactly 24 lines, every goal lands on the card, and New card only moves them around.
Write squares you can finish
A bingo square is marked once, so each goal needs an end. Get fit can never be marked; Finish a 5K can. That is why so many prompts carry a blank for a number: Save $___, Volunteer ___ hours. A 5 × 5 card has twelve lines, and the four through the free center need only four squares. Press New card until your hardest goals are not all in one row.
Tips
Hang the printed card where a vision board would go and date each square you finish. By December it is a record of the year.
Once your own goals are the list, Call the game works as a picker: press Call the next one each month and start on the square it draws.
Planning with friends? Share one list of 30 or more goals, set How many cards to the group size, and each person gets a different 24.
Questions and answers
Can I type my goals into the squares?
Yes, through the list. Each line of the word list becomes one square, up to 60 characters, and the card redraws as you type. Squares with a blank, such as Read ___ books, can also stay as they are, to be filled in with a pen after printing.
Does it have to be 25 squares?
No. Switch Grid to 3 × 3 for eight goals around a free center, or to 4 × 4 for sixteen with no free square. Nothing stops you dealing a second card in July.
Is this a free bingo card template for other uses?
Yes. Press Empty the list, paste any words, change Title on the cards and print. There is no charge and no sign-up. The card can be saved as a PDF from the browser's print window; this page does not export images.

How this list was compiled: Own work: 96 goal prompts written by the editors as a starting template, twelve in each of eight life areas. Every prompt is a goal that can be finished and marked once within a year; prompts with a blank (___) are meant to be completed by the visitor, in the word list before printing or with a pen afterwards. The list makes no health, diet, weight or investment claims and gives no medical or financial advice: a square such as 'Save $___' or 'Book the checkup I put off' is the visitor's own goal to set or delete. There are no statistics and no research claims. The only numbers in the clue lines are arithmetic (365 miles is a mile a day, 12 books is one a month, 26 recipes is one every other week) and one unit conversion (5 kilometers is about 3.1 miles). Nothing in this list changes from year to year, so no live source was needed. Licence: own work
