How it works

These Mommy or Daddy baby shower game questions print as a guest sheet: 20 at a time from 90, each with a box for M or D. The parents-to-be answer aloud, and every match is a point. Press Print this list.

Mom or dad baby shower game questionnaire ideas in five groups

The lines start before the baby and with the parents as babies themselves, then move through the first year, the school years and the teenage years. The box under the button keeps one group, and Pick 20 new questions, under the list, deals another set.

Print, guess, then ask the parents

Press Print this list and copy a sheet for each guest. Guests write M or D in every box. The host reads each line, the parents-to-be answer together, and guests circle each match. A grandparent can settle the lines about the parents as babies.

Tips
  • Have the parents answer on a count of three, so neither copies the other.
  • Deal the teenager group for a crowd of grandparents. They have opinions.

Questions and answers

How do you play Mommy or Daddy at a baby shower?

Guests read lines such as Who will remember it is crazy sock day? and write M or D beside each. The parents-to-be then answer aloud, and a guest scores a point for every box that matches.

Is there a mommy or daddy baby shower game template?

The printed sheet is the template. Press Print this list and the lines print with the rules above them and an empty box beside each, ready for a letter.

What if there are two moms or two dads?

Use each parent's first initial. No line names Mommy or Daddy, so only the letters change. The printed rule still says M and D: tell the room which two letters to write.

How many questions fit on one sheet?

Twenty to start. Press Show 25 under the list for a longer sheet, and again for 10 or 15. Each line takes one letter, so a longer sheet still moves quickly.

How this list was compiled: Written by the Game Night Generator editors on 2026-10-02: 90 questions in 5 groups of 18, each answered with one parent. Own work; no facts are stated and nothing was copied from another site. Screen: nothing about the pregnancy, the birth, money, the parents' bodies or how the parents met, and no line names Mommy or Daddy, so the sheet also suits two moms or two dads. Each line was compared by script with every other list on this site, and read against all 165 cards of the baby shower question game, and none repeats one. Licence: own work
