How it works

This he said she said bridal shower game is a sheet of lines one of the couple might have said, such as I picked the font on the invitations. Guests mark each line as the bride's or her partner's.

Ask the couple a week ahead

The box under the button keeps one topic, and Pick 20 new lines, under the list, deals another set. When the set suits, press Copy the list for the couple and Print this list in the same visit: a new visit may open on other lines. Each of them marks the lines that sound like their own. Cross out by hand any line neither claims, and keep their answers as your key.

Play it at the shower

Copy the printed sheet for each guest. Guests tick a box for the bride and leave it empty for her partner. Read the key aloud and give a point for each right guess.

Questions and answers

How do you play he said she said at a bridal shower?

Each guest gets a sheet of lines the bride or the groom might have said and marks who said each one. The host reads out the couple's own answers, and the guest with the most right guesses wins.

What are he said she said bridal shower game sample questions?

Lines either partner could claim: I hid the ring in a sock drawer, I tasted every cake sample twice, I gave the vacuum cleaner a name. The whole list is printed under the tool, sorted by topic.

What if the couple is two brides or two grooms?

The lines still work, because none names a bride or a groom. Change one printed rule by hand: a tick for one partner, an empty box for the other.

Does any line mention former partners or money?

No. No line is about a former partner, money, weight, alcohol or plans for children. Every line can be read aloud beside a grandparent.

How this list was compiled: Written by the Game Night Generator editors on 2026-10-02: 100 lines that one of an engaged couple might have said, in 5 groups of 20, for guests to mark as the bride's or her partner's. Own work; nothing was copied from another site. The list holds no answers, because the answers belong to one couple: the host asks them before the shower. No line names a bride or a groom, so every line can be claimed by either partner. Screened as the site's bridal question deck was: nothing about dating, former partners, money, weight or looks, alcohol or plans for children, and nothing that could not be read aloud beside a grandparent. Each line was compared with every other list on this site, the most-likely-to and never-have-i-ever decks among them, and none says what a line there says. Licence: own work
