How these games were written: Our ranking, not a survey. Nobody was polled: the answers on each board stand in our own order, from the one a room is likely to shout first to the one likely to come last, and the number beside each answer is a fixed ladder for play (8 for the first answer, then 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1), not a count of people. All 6 games, their 40 boards and all 304 answers were written for this site in 2026, for a church youth group of middle school and high school age. No board asks about scripture or belief and none speaks for a church: the boards are about youth nights, lock-ins, camp, trips, the potluck and Sunday morning. Nothing is copied from a TV show's question bank, a fan transcript, a boxed game or another website: on 2026-10-15 every question was compared with the 533 questions of this site's other survey game pages and with the ProtoQA research set of 9,762 questions collected from fan sites of the TV format (https://github.com/iesl/protoqa-data), and none equals one of them. Every board was screened for a room of teens with younger children in it: nothing scary, nothing sexual, no alcohol or drugs, no crushes or dating, nothing about bodies or looks, no real people and no brand names. One answer leans on the rules of a game: sardines, the hide-and-seek variant in which one player hides and each finder joins the hiding place, follows https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hide-and-seek, checked 2026-10-15. How it works

These survey game questions for youth are 40 boards about youth group life, from the lock-in to the potluck line. They play like the game sold as Family Feud, which this site is not affiliated with.

Which game for which crowd

Youth Night Warm-Up needs no church background, so open with it when visitors are in the room. The Lock-In, Summer Camp and Road Trips and Retreats reward anyone who has been on one trip. Save The Church Potluck and Sunday Morning for the regulars, who know what lives in a pew. The face-off and the steal are taught on the survey game questions page.

Answers to accept

Sardines tops the dark-building board: one player hides and every finder squeezes into the same spot, so flip it for backwards hide-and-seek. Sweatshirt flips Hoodies and headphones flips Earbuds.

  • Front Row and Back Row are already on the scoreboard; a big group can press + Add a team.
  • With middle and high schoolers together, let the younger player answer first in each face-off.
  • No screen in the youth room? Tick Host view and read from your phone.

Questions and answers

Are these survey game questions clean enough for a church youth group?

Yes. Nothing is scary or crude, and no board touches dating, bodies, alcohol or anyone's looks. No board names a brand, a real person or a show. The church boards joke about the potluck line and what turns up in a pew.

Are there Bible questions on these boards?

No. Every board is about youth group life, and none asks about scripture or belief. Boards drawn from scripture, with each answer checked in the text, are on the Bible survey game questions page.

Did you survey 100 teens for these answers?

No. Each board runs in the order we expect a youth room to shout: Pizza first among the snacks, Fruit snacks last. It is our ranking, not a survey, and the tile numbers are a ladder, 8 down to 1, not a count of teens.
