Free Secret Santa Questionnaire Printable for Work and Family: how it works
This free Secret Santa questionnaire printable gives each person in the draw one sheet to fill in for whoever pulls their name. Pick the starter, work or family form, 15 questions each from a bank of 30, plus three wishes that fit the limit. Press Print and hand out copies. The same tool holds 90 short notes for givers, from rhyming teasers to reveal-day lines.
Build the form on one phone
The page opens on the starter form: 15 questions and three wish lines. In the Show row, tap Work form or Family form for a different 15, or All questions at size 33 for the whole bank. Lock the lines you like and press New lines to change the rest, or Swap one at a time. Each question has a Show example cover with sample answers. Print with the covers closed: a closed cover turns into the blank people write on. Skip the tick boxes on screen: a ticked box prints crossed.
