Gross Would You Rather Questions, Mild to Grossest: how it works
These gross would you rather questions are 100 cards about slime, smells, bugs, old leftovers and muck, such as Pet a hagfish or pet a giant slug. Nobody does anything: the room picks a side and groans. Tap an option to vote and the card shows the split. No card is about the bathroom, and nobody gets hurt.
Three levels of yuck
The level buttons sort by how gross a card is. Easy holds 28 mild cards, such as Put on a wet swimsuit or put on wet socks. Hard holds the 27 grossest would you rather questions, such as Spot a cockroach on your toothbrush or spot a slug in your slipper. With a mixed room, start on Easy and let the table vote on moving up. Skip puts back any card that turns a stomach.
Seven topics and a chip for grown-ups
Pick Slime and goo, Smells, Bugs and crawlies, Fridge and leftovers, Soggy, sticky and squishy, Yucky food mixes or Mud, drains and trash. For disgusting would you rather questions for adults, press Grown-up chores: 22 cards about jobs only an adult knows, such as Clean out the office fridge or clean out a cooler lost in the trunk. Food mixes use ordinary foods, ketchup on ice cream and the like, and they stay on the card.
Tips
After each vote, the losing side pulls the face they would make. With disgusting would you rather questions the faces are the point.
Six cards carry a true fact in the list under the deck, such as how far a skunk sprays. The fact does not show after a vote, so the host reads it from the list.
If you searched would you rather questions gross enough for ten-year-olds but fine for a classroom, stay on Easy and Medium.
Questions and answers
How gross do these get?
Slimy, smelly and crawly, and no further. No card mentions the bathroom, blood or anyone getting hurt, and no card is a dare. The Fridge and leftovers cards are about finding and cleaning old food, never eating it. That keeps the deck fit for a classroom reward, a sleepover or a camp bus.
Can kids play this deck?
Yes. The words are plain and nothing is rude, so a child who reads chapter books can read a card aloud. For a younger group, the kids deck has shorter cards, and the animal deck swaps slime for fur.
Can I print the questions?
All 100 questions are printed under the deck by topic and the list stays open, so your browser's Print gives you the full set. Buttons and chips drop out of the printout, and the six fact lines print with their cards.

How this list was compiled: Own work: 100 two-option questions written for this page by the Game Night Generator editors, about slime, smells, bugs, old leftovers, soggy textures, odd food mixes and muck. Screened on 2026-09-18 against the site's party blocklist and a stricter list for this deck: nothing about human or animal waste, no gore, nobody gets hurt, no dares, no real people and no put-downs. Fridge cards are about finding and cleaning, never eating. Food mixes use only ordinary safe foods and stay make-believe. Level is an editor's judgment of how gross a card is: easy is mild, hard is the grossest. The Grown-up chores tag marks 22 cards about cleaning jobs. Six detail lines were checked on 2026-09-18 against https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slug (two kinds of mucus), https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hagfish (slime expands about 10,000 times in 0.4 seconds), https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skunk (sprays about 3 m, detectable up to 5.6 km downwind, warns by hissing and foot-stamping), https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Durian (banned on public transport in Singapore and Bangkok, odor lingers for days), https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amorphophallus_titanum (smell of rot, bloom lasts 24 to 36 hours) and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_marmorated_stink_bug (enters houses in autumn, odor compared to cilantro). Detail lines print only in the list under the deck, never after a vote. No card is shared with any other deck on the site. Licence: own work
