Team Building Games by Group
Pick your group, then deal an activity.
Team building games work when they fit the people in front of you, so this set is sorted by group, and every page is written for the adult who has to run the session. The first page is for ages 13 to 18: 45 activities for coaches, camp and youth group leaders and advisory teachers. Each activity is a set of numbered steps with a group size, the minutes to allow, what to bring and one debrief question, because the talk afterward is where a game turns into something the team remembers. Press New activity to deal one, or deal one of each type, narrow them by head count or to the ones that need nothing, lock the ones you want and print the list for your clipboard. Nothing here asks anyone to be lifted, caught or held, and any player may sit out any activity.
