How long did the Qin dynasty last?

Fifteen years. Qin Shi Huang founded it in 221 BCE, and it fell soon after his death. The Han dynasty followed and ruled from 206 BCE to 220 CE.

When did China adopt the Gregorian calendar?

In 1912. Before that China used a lunisolar calendar of 12 months, with a 60-part cycle to number days and years alongside the twelve-year zodiac.
