The list beside the button reads All awards. Choose School staff for a staff meeting or the last day of term, Hospital and care staff for a ward or a care home, or the restaurant, shop or warehouse chip. Each holds eight titles about that job.

Every role gets one

Staff awards land best when the cook, the custodian and the night shift are named beside the managers. Set the size to 20, Lock a title for each person, and Copy the list to make the certificates.

Yes. The Hospital and care staff chip holds eight, such as The Night Owl Award for bright spirits at three in the morning and The Handover Hero Award for handovers that leave nothing out.

How this list was compiled: Written for this site by the Game Night Generator editors in September 2026: all 40 award titles and the reason under each are our own wording. Screened line by line under the family's kindness rule: every award praises something a person does on the job, and none mentions looks, body, age, money, beliefs, health or family status, or works as a put-down. No brand, trademark, show character or real person is named. Checked by script against the other award pages on this site: no title appears twice. Licence: own work
