How it works

These printable Christmas party games are pencil sheets: find a guest who, bag or pocket points, Christmas categories, a Twelve Days tally, predictions and draw it on your head. Open the box, pick a game and press Print this list.

Read the full guide

From screen to paper

First on screen is Find a guest who; five more games sit in the box below the button. A printed game starts with the rules, one per game. Any cover that stays closed is printed as a blank, and the answers, samples and scores come out together at the end, for the host alone.

A Christmas party game for kids, printable too

The last entry in the box, More filters, opens a For row. Set it to Kids' party and Find a guest who drops the lines written for grown-ups, while the Twelve Days tally keeps its plainest questions.

Tips
  • Draw it on your head needs a paper plate and a pencil for each player; one person reads the steps.
  • Hand out the predictions at the door, before the first game.

Questions and answers

What Christmas party games can you play on paper?

Six are here: find a guest who, a bag or pocket hunt with points, categories against a letter, a counting quiz on the Twelve Days carol, party predictions, and a scene drawn on a paper plate held on your head.

How many gifts are in The Twelve Days of Christmas?

Sent in full every day, the gifts come to 364 by the twelfth day. The last verse alone names 78: 23 birds, 50 people and five gold rings. The tally sheet asks for counts like these.

How do you score draw it on your head?

Each of the ten steps has a score line on the host's page, such as 2 points if the star touches the tree. Players swap plates, the host reads the lines aloud, and the highest total wins.

Which of the games work for kids?

Draw it on your head, bag or pocket and Christmas categories need little reading. With Kids' party chosen, every game keeps only the lines a child can answer.

How this list was compiled: Written for this site on 2026-10-02 by the gamenightgenerator editors: six pencil games for a Christmas party, with invented sample answers that describe no real person. Own work; nothing was copied from another site. The Twelve Days tally counts the gifts as worded in Frederic Austin's 1909 version of the carol, as given in the Wikipedia article The Twelve Days of Christmas (song) (en.wikipedia.org, text under CC BY-SA 4.0), read on 2026-10-02; the article gives 364 as the number of gifts sent by the twelfth day, and the other totals are added up from the same verses.
